Ok 2e2,
It's final.
We are having the chalet cum barbeque on the 13 of November at Down Town East.
Most probably it will be from 2 or 3pm till the next day(for those who can stay over).

The food, are we ordering from http://www.bbqwholesale.com/about.html?
If so, then I think we can get all our supplies from them already.
So who's doing the ordering? Maybe an adult?

& there's a surprise on that day. Which won't really be known.
But, for those who know, please don't go spread.
We want to keep it a secret.
